DEEP FRIED OYSTER MUSHROOM
Dah lama cari resepi tepung goreng cendawan ni...at last berjumpa gak dengan resepi nih...thks a million to Chef Tania.. sebelum ni maklang beli jer tepung goreng cendawan ni kat pasar malam...la ni tak perlu lagi....



Deep Fried Oyster Mushroom(Cendawan Goreng)

Bahan
2 pkt Osyter Musroom (500gm)

A. Bahan kisar
4 Ulas Bawang Putih
2 sm Ketumbar biji
Bahan ini di kisar halus

Bahan B.
2 cawan Tepung Beras
1 cawan Potato starch (tepung kentang)
1 biji telor
1/2 st bicarbonate soda
sedikit garam dan perasa

Satukan bahan A. dan B campur dengan sedikit air sa-perti adunan
goreng pisang. Biar sebati 10 minit.
Panaskan sa-cukup minyak, celup cendawan dalam adunan tepong dan di
goreng hingga kekuningan atau garing.

Nota : maklang campurkan sedikit adunan ni dengan chili powder, lada sulah dan boleh jugak letak curry powder skit...



penyulawa ~ aah..aah...kak anim, yg diarang jual tu secoet jer kan..kalo beli cendawan dlm paket tu baru RM1, dapat banyak lagik kalo buat sendirik.. ;-)
